3.3. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. doubles does not store or have access to your payment information.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Doubles offers shipping to select countries as listed on the website. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

4.2. Doubles is not responsible for customers not reading product descriptions of products, delivery time will always be shown in the specific product descprition.

4.3.Doubles is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, natural disasters, or carrier issues.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. We are getting closer to Christmas and therefore you can now return to the 10th January 2025. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

5.2. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6.1. All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of doubles and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
