When will i get my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.
We ship every weekday before 2pm.

We only ship to selected countries in Europe:
Denmark 1-2 day delivery
Sweden 2-3 day delivery
Germany 2-4 day delivery
France 2-4 day delivery
Belgium 2-4 day delivery
Netherlands 2-4 day delivery
Poland 2-4 day delivery
Spain 2-4 day delivery
Italy 2-4 day delivery

 

How do i track my order?

When your order have been packed at our warehouse, you will receive track & trace by email to track your order.
 

How do i exchange to another size?

Return Policy:
We understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We are getting closer to Christmas and therefore you can now return to the 10th January 2025.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer returnlabels for all our customers for a small amount, if you need to exchange a product to something else you need to buy a new order after you filled out our return formula. Once the product has arrived at our warehouse we will refund your purchase immediately. In that way you can receive your new product within few days.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@doubles.dk with details and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and contact you with a solution. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper washing or care of our products. My package hasn't arrived

Remember to always check the tracking number provided when your order is sent. Within Denmark from when the order is shipped the package should arrive within 1-2 days. If it has not arrived within that time period, please contact our shipping company dao.

If the package stands "delivered" but you have not received it please contact our shipping company dao.
